Congrats to Zach Schneider on being selected to the 2018 USA Boys Youth National Training Team.  A lot of hard work over the years is paying off...here are the details:

2018 U.S. Boys’ Youth National Training Team

The U.S. Boys’ Youth National Team is the highest level of programming for the Youth age group and will represent the United States at the 2018 NORCECA U19 Continental Championship. 20 athletes are selected for a Tryout in order to then determine the final group of 12 for competition.

A final 12 athletes will be selected from the 2nd tryout group to continue training and travel together to compete in the international competition. These athletes have the longest and most significant time commitment of all programs. USA Volleyball covers all associated costs for this program including travel to and from training and competition, meals, lodging, and gear. Additional details will be provided to those selected individuals along with their initial invitations.

TRAINING DATES: May 25 - June 4, 2018 

TRAINING LOCATION: Olympic Training Center (Colorado Springs, CO) 

COMPETITION DATES: June 4 - 10, 2018

COMPETITION: 2018 NORCECA U19 Continental Championship 

COMPETITION LOCATION: Costa Rica

COST: No charge, USAV covers all costs
